OpenOcean electric models use a large high pressure pump
that is capable of running up to 3 membranes. You can
increase the fresh water capacity from 60 - 180 litres
at any time.
These units are suitable for 5 kva equipped generator
equipped boats, and are the most economical installed units
available.
INSTALLATION
The electric models are the easiest models to install, as the
high pressure pump is a plug in single phase design.
The unit is modular and can be fitted anywhere in the boat
that space permits.
Many of our customers have installed the unit themselves
with our installation manual and free advise by phone.
FLUSHING OPTIONS
All engine driven models have a manual flushing system
standard. This system has proven fool proof as it cuts the
cost and increase reliability. It only takes
about a minute to manually flush, we recommend it.
However if you think a automatic flush system would suit your
boat, automatic flushing systems are available as an option.
