Engine Drive Mounts, Plates & Brackets

The biggest variable when installing an engine-driven watermaker is mounting the high-pressure pump as a power take-off (PTO) on your specific engine or generator model. We offer heavy-duty, CNC-machined structural mounting solutions to make your DIY or professional installation straightforward and reliable.

Sliding Base Plate (Horizontal Adjustment)

Engineered to take the guesswork out of lining up your high-pressure pump with your engine's pulleys.

  • Precision Manufacturing: CNC cut from heavy-duty 8mm aluminium, mild steel, or stainless steel.
  • Generous Travel: Provides over 50mm of flat sliding belt adjustment, allowing you to lock in the perfect tension on your single "A" section belt drive.
  • Ideal for bottom-mount positions or flat engine-bed stringer mountings.

Engine Mount Pivot Bracket (Vertical Adjustment)

When your installation space dictates that the high-pressure pump must be fitted cleanly above or below the engine, a pivoting geometry is often the best choice.

  • Alternator-Style Tensioning: Functions exactly like a heavy-duty alternator bracket, allowing for simple vertical pivoting to adjust belt tension.
  • Built to Last: CNC cut from ultra-robust 8mm mild steel or stainless steel, then precision TIG welded. Supplied complete with a marine-grade stainless steel pivot pin and tensioning bolt.
