Shipping

For our international customers, we have a shipping agent who can get our products safely to virtually any port in the world.  Once we have a shipping address, we get a quote from our shipper, then add that amount to our invoice.  This way, you know the total cost for the system, including shipping, before you are committed to purchasing.


We have shipped systems all over Australia, to North America, China, Europe, Taiwan, Dubai, numerous South Pacific islands, and more.  We can get your new watermaker to you just about anywhere in the world.


That also goes for expendables and parts.


We ship our systems in a sturdy plywood crate.  This not only ensures that you watermaker arrives intact, but also minimizes packaging requirements.  Most components can be secured to the walls and floor of the crate, which means there will be no mountain of styrofoam to dispose of.  The crate can easily be disassembled and the manageable sized rectangles of plywood can be reused for things like shelves and dividers in lockers.
